What postage do you use?
We typically use Royal Mail for most items under 1kg/2lbs and various couriers for anything above.

Can i collect my purchase?
Unfortunately we are an online retailer and do not have an insured, collection facility.

Do you accept returns?
YES, UNWANTED ITEMS: We offer a 7 day (from date of stamp) no quibble returns policy. 1) Contact us at mail@aarjart.com within the 7 day date. 2) Tell us your username, name and address. 3) We will then send you our return details. FAULTY ITEMS: 1) Contact us at mail@aarjart.com within the 7 day date. 2) Tell us your username, name and address and fault. 3) We will then offer you advice to see if we can resolve the fault, if this is not successful we will provide you with our return details. DAMAGED IN TRANSIT: 1) If the packaging looks bad upon initial inspection please tell the delivery driver and take photos of the item as delivered before opening. 2) Contact us at mail@aarjart.com within the 24 hours of receiving the parcel. (Our couriers require us to inform them within 48 hours of damages) 3) Tell us your username, name and address and details of damages. You will need to take clear photos of the packaging and the damaged items and send them to us. 4) We will then lodge a complaint with our courier

aarjart is an independent business that has no associations with eCRATER or any other companies trading on eCRATER. We are a fully registered business with Companies House and the UK Inland Revenue. This can all be verified online. We have our own website and you can check our feedback on other major online websites.

Is it safe to buy from aarjart?
aarjart offers a no quibble 7 day return policy should anything go wrong with your purchase. aarjart fully complies with Distance Selling Regulations. We provide several payment options including Paypal, which offers its Paypal Buyer Protection Scheme.

How long will it take for my items to arrive?
We aim to dispatch all items within 24 hours of payment being received. Postage within the UK according to Royal Mail should take up to 5 working days. International Shipping serviced by Royal Mail should take up to 5 working days. Please allow up to 15 working days as items can get held up at customs.

Will there be any other fees i need to pay?
aarjart shows all costs upfront so what you see is what you pay. We do not have any surcharges for using different payment methods. International customers will be responsible for any Customs and Excise charges that may be due.
